The gap

Most leads aren’t lost.
They’re just answered late.

Someone messages at 9pm asking whether you’re open Saturday. Nobody sees it until Tuesday. By then they’ve booked with whoever replied first — and that’s usually the only difference between the two of you.

An answering service can take a message. A chatbot can show an FAQ. Neither can look at your calendar, offer a real slot, and close the loop while the person is still interested.

DialFlowBot holds the whole conversation, on whichever channel they used, and finishes the job.

Four channels, one agent

Answer people where they wrote to you.

Voice

Agents that answer the phone and call out, in a natural voice.

ElevenLabs · Twilio

SMS

Two-way texting with delivery tracking and STOP handling built in.

Twilio

WhatsApp

Reply on the app your customers already have open.

WhatsApp Business API · bring your own number

Telegram

Same agent, same conversation history, on Telegram.

Bring your own number

One person who texts, then switches to WhatsApp, then calls stays a single conversation with a single history.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

  1. 01

    Write the agent

Give it a job, a voice, and the rules it has to follow. Start from a template for sales, scheduling, support, or qualification, then edit the prompt in plain language.

  2. 02

    Connect a number

Point a phone number, WhatsApp, or Telegram at the agent. Upload a contact list if you're reaching out, or leave it to answer whoever comes in.

  3. 03

    It handles the conversation

The agent answers in seconds, asks what it needs to ask, checks your calendar, and books the slot. Every conversation is scored when it ends.

What you get

Everything, on the one plan.

Agents you write, not configure

A system prompt, a first message, and follow-up rules. Choose Claude, GPT, or Gemini per agent. No flowchart builder to fight.

Books straight into your calendar

The agent reads real Google Calendar availability mid-conversation, offers the slots you actually have, and writes the appointment back.

Every conversation scored

When a conversation ends it's graded 1–10. Define your own terms — what makes a lead hot, warm, or dead — and it grades against those, not a generic rubric.

One thread per person

Someone who texts, then messages WhatsApp, then calls stays one conversation with one history. The agent doesn't start over.

Opt-outs handled for you

STOP, unsubscribe, and cancel are recognised on every channel, added to a permanent opt-out list, and never contacted again.

Chat widget for your site

Drop the same agent on your website as a chat widget. One script tag, your colours, right-to-left supported.

Reaches your own systems

Give an agent a webhook and it becomes a tool the agent can call mid-conversation — check stock, look up an order, create a ticket.

Full activity log

Every call, message, and booking in one timeline. Open any conversation and read exactly what was said.

Where people point it

Six jobs it already knows.

Sales outreach

Qualify inbound leads and collect contact details before they cool off.

Appointment scheduling

Fill the calendar without anyone picking up the phone.

Customer support

Answer the same twenty questions, instantly, every time.

Lead qualification

Screen inbound interest against your own criteria.

Follow-up

Re-open conversations that went quiet.

Feedback collection

Ask for feedback in a conversation, not a form.

Consent and opt-outs

Built to be told no.

STOP, unsubscribe, and cancel are recognised on every channel. The person goes on a permanent opt-out list, any open conversation closes, and nothing reaches them again — no matter which agent or campaign tries.

Every message and call is written to an activity log you can read back in full.

That covers the tooling. Whether you have consent to contact someone in the first place is on you — in the US that means TCPA, and the penalties are counted per message.

Questions

Before you ask.

What do I need before this works?

A Twilio account for phone and SMS, and an AI provider key — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. For voice you'll also want ElevenLabs. We set all of it up with you during onboarding.

Is cold outreach legal?

That depends on your jurisdiction and on consent, and it's your responsibility. In the US, TCPA governs automated calls and texts, and the penalties are per message. DialFlowBot handles STOP keywords and keeps a permanent opt-out list on every channel, but the tool cannot give you consent you don't have.

Which AI model does it use?

Whichever you pick, per agent — Claude, GPT, or Gemini. You can run different agents on different models and change a model without rewriting anything.

Can it use my own phone number?

Yes. Bring a number you already own for SMS and voice through Twilio, or connect an existing WhatsApp or Telegram number.

What happens when the agent can't answer?

It collects the details and hands off rather than inventing an answer. The conversation is in your activity log, so a person can pick it up with the full history.

How do I get access after paying?

We set your account up by hand, including your provider credentials, and send login details. That's usually the same business day. It's deliberate — the setup involves your Twilio and AI keys, and it goes better with a human on it.

The next lead is going to message tonight.
